**For Non-Customized Items**
Once you’ve found an item you want to purchase, select the product options and click the “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG” button. You will then be directed to the checkout page.

**For Customized Items**
After finding the item you wish to buy, click “Click Here To Customize Now” . This will take you to the customization page. Follow the instructions provided to personalize your item. Once you’re finished, check the box to confirm your personalization is correct, and then click “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG.” You will be taken to the checkout page. If the page doesn’t change, please scroll up to ensure that all required fields are completed.

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, and American Express methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

Message Card Products are processed and ship within 2-3 business days.

Acrylic Products are processed and ship within 3-5 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all orders from our USA (Florida).  Some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

• USA: 2-5 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• Australia/NZ: 5-15 business days
• Europe/International: Within 5-12 business days (Excluding Greenland, longer transit time.)
